While we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase from Propét Footwear Canada Inc. ("Propét"), we understand that you may wish to return a product. Please note: we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to return your product, please review the information below:
Contact orderscanada@propetfootwear.com to obtain a Return Authorization # and return waybill. Products are only eligible for return within 15 calendar days of receipt of purchase. Items returned late will not be refunded or credited.
*Please note: Returns are subject to an $8 per pair restocking fee.
1. Product Condition Requirements
Products must be in ORIGINAL and UNWORN condition. Be sure to try your shoes on indoors initially as we cannot refund products that have been worn, damaged, used, altered, modified or soiled. We also cannot accept returns for products without ORIGINAL INSOLES, LACES OR PARTS.
Only Products ordered from www.propetcanada.com may be returned directly to Propét Canada.
2. Return Instructions & Drop-Off
- Repackage your merchandise: Pack items in their original packaging, including all materials in the original package. Print the label and return slip provided. Affix the provided label to the outside of your shipping box and make a note of the tracking number (if applicable) in case you need to track your package. Do not write directly on the Propét shoe box.
- Drop off your package: Drop off your package at your preferred Canada Post location within 15 days of return authorization receipt. Please allow up to 15 days from your Shipment Complete notification for the credit to show on your statement.
3. Retail Partner Purchases & Shipping Liability
- Retailer Purchases: We do not process returns on any product purchased from one of our retail partners. All items purchased through a retailer must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Lost/Damaged Items: Propét is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments or personal items shipped to us in error.
4. Final Sale & Sale Items
Final sale items may not be returned: Items denoted as ‘Final Sale’, or with the price ending in .97, are Final Sale and may not be returned and are not eligible for price matching.
Final Sale items are offered at a significant discount, but please note they are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items may have minor imperfections, such as slight colour variations or sizing discrepancies. Additionally, limited availability, seasonal clearance, or discontinued styles often mean that these shoes are part of the final sale. While these factors do not affect the overall quality, we encourage careful consideration before purchase to ensure satisfaction.
Sale items will be credited in the form of a Gift Card.

Refunds
Once we receive your merchandise it will be inspected per your reason for return. If your return is accepted, your account will be credited, less any shipping charge and the service fee as described above. Please note that items returned outside of our return policy will not be refunded, credited or returned. In general, allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to be credited to your monthly statement.
